Consignment Policy:

Step 1: We must see your items before they are accepted -You may bring in our email us a picture at consign@kayfurniture.com
Step 2: Upon acceptance we will discuss what we propose the pricing should be. -The consignor will be responsible for all delivery/pickup charges.

Step 3: Your items must be in good, clean, saleable condition. -Cushions, drawers, and surfaces must be vacuumed and dusted. -Smudges and dust must be wiped off of pictures and mirrors.

Step 4: 50-50% split at the time of sale. -Original pricing is help for the first 60 days in ordinance with consignment agreement. -See full agreement for more details.
